Join us for a week every summer for Stained Fingers Dye Camp! Learn yarn and fabric dyeing techniques in a small group setting in the beautiful Haliburton Highlands
Classes are organized to suit the individual needs of each student, allowing you to learn a wide variety of techniques over the course of the week. Kettle dyeing, immersion dyeing, hand painting, speckles, indigo vat dyeing, self-striping yarns, gradient dyeing and more!

Dye Camp 2025
Dates: July 14-18 or Aug. 11-15, 2025
Fee: Deposit of $282.50 (includes tax). Total cost of camp is $775 (+ tax) CAD
Class size: minimum 4 people, maximum 8
* Fee includes all dyes, chemicals, sample yarns (colour mixing), use of studio equipment and resources.
* Undyed yarn will be available for purchase at wholesale prices to Dye Camp Students.
THE FINE PRINT
Travel & accommodation is on your own, however we offer suggestions here.
Payment plans for remainder of fee is possible. We will outline this in the welcome email.
Cancellation Policy:
If Indigodragonfly cancels at any time, 100% of fees paid will be refunded.
Before June 1 - all fees, minus $150 admin fee.
June 1 - June 15 -- 50% of all fees paid to date.
After June 15 -- no refunds unless a replacement student is found.
Safety Policy:
Safety of our students and staff is of utmost importance. Any harassment of Indigodragonfly Studio staff or fellow Dye Camp participants will result in immediate removal from the programme. Fees will not be refunded in these cases.
